These lower door speaker panels are built specifically for 1973–1991 Chevy & GMC pickups, K5 Blazers, Jimmys, and Suburbans. They give you a factory-plus way to run real 6.5" speakers in your doors without cutting giant holes in your sheet metal.

🔧 What’s Included – Base Kit ($485)

Every base kit includes:

• Driver and passenger lower door panels
• Laser-cut aluminum backing plates for strength and precise fit
• Sealed PETG speaker chambers for tight, clean midbass
• Pre-cut adhesive acoustic foam for each chamber
• Pre-cut sound deadener for the back of each panel
• Mounting hardware and a single wire pass-through
• Designed for 6.5" speakers with no window track interference

You do not need to cut your door skin for big speakers. You only drill a small hole to pass the wire through.

Note: The base kit does not include speaker wire or lighting. Those come with the lighting upgrade.

🎨 Upgrade Option 1 – Factory Color-Match Finish (+$85)

If you don’t want plain black panels, you can upgrade to a factory-style color-matched finish.

• Uses high-quality, OEM-style interior dyes
• Matched to era-correct Squarebody interior colors
• Helps the panels blend into the truck instead of standing out

Because interiors fade and age differently, an exact match isn’t guaranteed, but we get as close as realistically possible.

💡 Upgrade Option 2 – Ambient White Door Lighting + OFC Wiring (+$100)

Turn your door panels into a true modern interior upgrade.

This option includes:

• Six white ambient LEDs per set
• Pre-wired harness layout for clean installation
• Properly sized OFC (oxygen-free copper) wire
• Speaker wire included with this upgrade
• Enough lead length to wire one of three ways:
  • Into your headlight switch
  • Into your dome/door rocker circuit
  • Into a standalone toggle or switch panel

You end up with panels that look and feel like a modern factory interior, not just an old truck with speakers added.

🔊 Upgrade Option 3 – DC Audio 6.5" Coaxial Speakers (+$300)

These panels were designed around DC Audio 6.5" coaxials, chosen because they work extremely well in sealed chambers.

• Correct mounting depth for these panels
• Coaxials that pair well with sealed PETG chambers
• Strong midbass and clear highs without fighting the door
• No guessing on what fits or sounds good

Panels + chambers + DC coaxials give you a matched system instead of a random parts pile.
